How Do I Access a Prior Year's Tax Return with Ramsey SmartTax?

To retrieve a previous tax return in Ramsey SmartTax, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Ramsey SmartTax dashboard with the same credentials you used before.
   • Forgot your username? Request that it be emailed to you by clicking here.
   • If you can't remember your password, reset it here.
2. Complete the 2-factor authentication step (if applicable)
3. Under the Prior Year Returns section at the bottom of your dashboard, click Access Return
4. On the next page, click Access Return for the applicable year
5. On the left sidebar of the next page, click Summary/Print
6. Click View Return
7. A pop-up window with a PDF version of your return will open for you to print/save
8. Repeat these steps if you need to access multiple returns
