You may be asking yourself "I am just looking for a real estate agent. What in the world does RamseyTrusted ELP mean?" Great Question! ELP stands for "Endorsed Local Provider." These are individuals (in this case, real estate agents) that we have thoroughly vetted so you have access to the top professionals recommended by Ramsey within your area.
To become a RamseyTrusted ELP, an agent must first be missional. We want to make sure our ELPs are an extension of the Ramsey culture, so we look to build relationships with agents who promote the financial philosophies that Dave teaches on the air every day. They should have the “heart of a teacher,” meaning they will not only take the time to explain what to do but why. We interview each professional and only work with those who commit to serving our fans the way that we would if we were in their business.
Secondly, an agent must be reliable. To become a RamseyTrusted Real Estate ELP, an agent must have been in full-time, full-service real estate for at least 4 years and have closed on approximately 35 properties in the last 12 months, which ensures they are at the top 10% of their market.
Once an agent becomes a part of the program, they are assigned a personal coach here in our office who provides accountability and mentorship so that the ELP will be successful within our program and continue to serve our customers just as we would!
