To become a RamseyTrusted® Pro, an individual must be missional and an extension of the Ramsey culture. We look to build relationships with individuals who are fans of The Ramsey Show and promote the financial philosophies that Dave and the other Ramsey Personalities teach on the show. Pros should have the “heart of a teacher,” meaning they will not only take the time to explain what to do but also why. We interview each professional and work with those committed to serving our fans the way we would if we were in their business.
We require a minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in their field, and they must be either a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or an EA (Enrolled Agent). Once a CPA or EA becomes a part of the program, they are assigned a personal coach here in our office who provides accountability and mentorship so that the pro will be successful within our program and continue to serve our fans just as we would!
