(If your request is submitted during normal business hours, it is likely you might hear from them even sooner.) The Pros and their teams are incredibly prompt, so you may even get a call within the first 1-2 hours of submitting your request!
Please note that if you are connected with them on a Friday, they may be unable to call you until end-of-day Monday.
