When you submit your request to connect with a RamseyTrusted® Tax Pro through our website, you will only be connected with one (1) option. Why? Our system is currently limited to providing a single option per tax request.
You're encouraged to interview the tax pro with whom you were initially connected to determine how they can best help with your situation. After having that conversation with them, if you determine they are not the best fit, reach out to us to ask if we have another option for you.
Please note that if you submit an additional tax request, you may or may not be automatically connected with the same RamseyTrusted® Tax Pro. For this reason, the best way to ensure there's no overlap and to see if we have additional options, the best way is to reach out to our Customer Success Team.
