Since working with a RamseyTrusted® Tax Pro should feel like an extension of the Ramsey Team, we look to build relationships with individuals who are fans of The Ramsey Show and promote the financial philosophies the Personalities teach on the show.
Tax Pros should have the “heart of a teacher,” meaning they take the time to explain what and why. We interview each tax professional and work with those committed to serving our fans the way we would if we were in their business.
We require a minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience in their field. Once a tax professional joins RamseyTrusted®, they are assigned a coach here on our team who provides accountability and growth opportunities to help the pro be successful in the program and to continue to serve our fans just as we would.
