Since working with a RamseyTrusted® Pro should feel like an extension of Ramsey Solutions, we look to build relationships with individuals who are fans of The Ramsey Show and promote the financial philosophies that Dave and the Ramsey Personalities teach on the show.
Insurance Pros should have the “heart of a teacher,” meaning they will not only take the time to explain what to do but also why. We interview each professional and work with those committed to serving our fans the way we would if we were in their business.
We require a minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in their field. Once an agent becomes a part of the program, they are assigned a coach here on our team who provides accountability and growth opportunities so the pro will be successful in the RamseyTrusted® program and continue to serve our fans just as we would!
